I’m Hubert L. Frederick, a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in banking, insurance, and financial auditing, as well as 20 years of service to the U.S. Virgin Islands. My background also includes healthcare management and service in the United States Navy Reserve.

I have spent two decades working in the Virgin Islands to support financial growth, improve healthcare management, and contribute to the local community through various leadership roles. My commitment to this territory is reflected in my efforts to enhance the quality of life, reduce costs, and promote sustainability.
